SPECIAL FEATURES
The pike's duraplast shaft has been encased in phrik to withstand lightsaber blows. This allows the weapon to function similarly to a double bladed lightsaber, as the wielder can use both ends of the pike to parry and strike. Additionally, the pike's heart is nothing else than the rare Mestare crystal, giving its crimson blade the ability to cut through otherwise lightsaber resistant cortosis.

DESCRIPTION
As customary among the emperor's Shadow Guards, Astarte has constructed her own personal lightsaber pike after being bound to the emperor and emerging a highly skilled killing machine. The pike is a two handed weapon designed to keep the enemy at bay, with its shaft reaching 1.5 meters and the blade itself 0.6 meters. It fares poorly when tasked to deflect blaster fire, too unwieldy and slow to offer proper defense against ranged weaponry. It does, however, offer an edge in melee combat, permitting lightning fast stabbing attacks form a distance when needed without putting the pike wielder in danger. The energy blade is of blood red color and possesses the capability to cut through cortosis without extinguishing.
