DESCRIPTION
Darth Nivalis designed his robes on the ritualistic and honor of his culture known as the Kuei. It's black and blue honoring his Kuei culture. The outfit is designed to give him great mobility and Agility while giving him great protection against most common attacks. These robes were mainly designed for Official Dark Council and ceremonial purposes but has been known to fight in them.
