In ancient times, there were talks of a cave far within the deep forests of Yavin IV. Tales of untold power in the force, neither light nor dark. Many people shrugged off these tales as mere rumor, holding no weight to them or their personal lives. Though as for the shamans which lived upon Yavin, these were more than rumors. Throughout the generations of the shamans there were upon Yavin, there were stories of powerful force sensitive beings who would be called to the cavern, often times never seen again. But those who did return.. they were not the same. The force imbued much stronger in those who made it alive than those who did not. Though, were these people still.. people indeed by the time they made their journey off world? Or was there something much sinister still within the cave. That which was within the cave, beast, monster, spirit. Did not bother Canderous too much. Nevertheless, something in the Force called for him. Tempting him, luring him to learn, to become more knowledgeable in the Ways of the Force. The Fett boy arrived outside of the cavern, he no longer wore the Mandalorian helmet that often distinguished him. He felt that he was wearing nothing but a mask that hid him. The pull of the darkside upon Korriban had indeed clouded his vision for some time, but it wore off as he left the planet. Though, this cave.. it came to him in a vision, he saw himself walk into it. What was inside, that is unknown. All Canderous knew is that he had to go. He arrived to the cave, the forest around it appeared to be old, the vines had grew up around the cave's entrance blocking it through normal means. Stretching out an armored hand, he ripped the vines away with the use of his abilities within the force. They were growing notably stronger, especially on Yavin IV where many force sensitive beings before him had trained in hopes of becoming protectors, and destroyers, Peace Keepers, and Marauders. As the vines were tore away, the temptation only grew louder for Canderous to journey into the depths of the old cave. A voice called. "Come young Fett, come Canderous. We have what YOU seek."What did the boy seek? What was the emptiness he felt in his chest. That was a question he had not found an answer to.. Yet, he felt once more as if he NEEDED to enter the cave. His journey began through the cavern, his blue eyes soon became blinded by the eternal darkness within. Yet something within guided each foot step, each turn of his head at the last second avoiding massive sharp rocks that could easily cut him wide open. What was this mysterious compulsion? Why was Canderous chosen to journey here? So many questions, but not enough time. What was clear is that this cavern was strong in the force and whatever was inside was now growing and becoming more pronounced as Canderous went inside. This could spark the attention of others. Yavin IV, in all its mushy glory, hungrily welcomed the little Sithling once more, mockingly inviting her to tread upon its surface while raining the entirety of the gloomy skies on her fancy parasol. A weary sigh openly voiced Funami’s protests against the prospect of spending any more time trudging through the thick, overgrown jungle. Surrounded by a group of Sith troopers and hovering an inch or two above the ground to avoid stepping into anything nasty, the girl was almost ready to lose hope of ever catching up to the target. Fortunately enough, his armor wasn’t the kind of apparel to allow one travel lightly and leave no tracks behind. Quite the opposite – the torn vines and fresh footprints in the damp earth left an easy trail to follow. Everything implied he wished to be followed, almost deliberately setting the scene to garner the Sith empire’s attention by landing upon the border world of Yavin IV uninvited and unauthorized. The empire’s response was naturally quick and efficient, as always.
Funami had volunteered for personal reasons. The ship had been identified as belonging to one Ra'hal Lexor , Mandalorian bounty hunter she had met at her café some time ago. The man responsible for Mike V’trechen’s capture and also a psychotic rampage that took place at the Sith academy on that day. Given the Mandalorian’s fearsome abilities, it was logical to send someone who knew both him and Yavin IV to some degree. Boredom was also a factor; Funami wished to do something for the empire, increase her prestige and take another step to claiming the mantle of Sith knight. The sweet promise of advancing through the order’s ranks sangs its alluring song and she listened, disregarding personal comfort and luxury for a few hours to hunt down and question the Mandalorian about the nature of his unexpected visit.
A dark, sinister cloud of trepidation announced the girl’s arrival. One did not need to be a master of Force sense to be able to tell the troopers she had previously served with during her last time on the jungle planet were highly uncomfortable around the little terror. Obviously; all of them were guilty of testifying against her, dragging her and Darth Malice’s name through the dirt. For those deaf and blind to the Force, there was a price to be paid for the insolence of entering the deadly world of Sith politics and machinations. No comments addressed the elephant in the room, though there was a new air of maturity about the Sithling that sent shivers down her company’s spine. While boasting the same childish appearance as always, there were no smiles, winks, giggles or laughs. Adopting a stone cold expression and exchanging no more words than necessary, her attitude had changed enough to send a loud and clear message that she wasn’t in the mood for the usual nine year old jokes usually uttered at her expense.
As the rain continued to thud down her umbrella, the group had quietly reached what appeared to be a dark maw leading straight to the planet’s core and realms beyond. Overgrown and hidden from human eyes for countless generations, the cave breathed out the air of decay. Fear touched their very hearts with its ice cold fingers; there was something evil about the place mere words could not express. Something ancient, primal. Eerie whispers flowed through the air, whispering messages from the world beyond. The dark side in this place was wild, untamed.
Snap-hiss!
Sith feared nothing.
A bright flash of crimson sparked to life and everyone’s head turned to Funami, watching her with startled glares. Aiming the lightsaber’s tip at the cave’s dark entrance and intently staring into the abyss, she wordlessly hovered forth and illuminated the path in vibrant red as she sunk into the cavern's depths.

Canderous was already within the depths of the cavern, as he was guided though he felt a disturbance in the Force. Another person? Who.. it felt so dark, and sinister. Fett had to keep going, the Force would prevail and overcome whatever boundary coming his way. Though finally, Canderous entered what was an opening to a much larger area within the cave. The force was expelling strongly from this area, and as he walked in his face was lit up by an array of various colors.. Lightsaber Crystals. But also the feeling of a much more daunting presence. Why were there Massassi symbols over the walls? It was rare to see them, then again this was Yavin IV. The Fett boy was being drawn to something.. a crystal. Canderous walked towards a distinct part of the cave. Someone had been here before, he could tell. But their tracks were old. There was a specific crystal that was different than the rest here.. It was.. Kyberite? W-.. how is that possible? This specific crystal nevertheless had survived the planet's weather. The Kaiburr called out to Fett, bidding him to take it. "Take it! Take it before it's too late!"Canderous was overwhelmed, he didn't know what to do.. But he trusted in the Force, his hand stretched out and he grabbed a hold of the crystal and instantly fell upon his rear. His mother taught him on how to build the lightsaber. Fett cleared his mind, and meditated deeply on the crystal and the force itself. His lightsaber levitated before him, spreading apart. The crystal that was within the blade was cracked after his last battle anyhow.. dangerous for him to carry. He exchanged this with the Kaiburr crystal he had found. The hilt reacted odd to it, as did the body of Canderous.. The Kaiburr was attuned to the force, but the crystal also picks the owner.. it was attuning itself to Canderous. Blue eyes.. Canderous' blue eyes opened up and he stood to his feet as the lightsaber locked itself back into place. His hand extended and he force pulled the lightsaber to his hand. Igniting the lightsaber.. a purple beam extended infront of him. If Funami was close enough she could see purple light from the depths of the cave and feel Canderous and his ability in the force amplified. Funami Teriyaki,

Slimy roots and filth hung from the ceiling, hissing angrily upon the touch of Funami’s searing lightsaber. More and more smoking tentacle-like tendrils littered the soft forest floor beneath their feet. Tiny insects and rodents scurried away in sheer terror, awakened from their eternal slumber and forced to flee. Behind the girl spearheading the way, the Sith soldiers lit up their helmet flashlights and illuminated the endless tunnel that seemed to go on forever. Little shoes softly padded over the floor, bringing Funami down the dark tunnel illuminated solely by the light of her personal weapon and the lights of her allies’ helmets. A shadow brushed against her mind. Rarely experiencing such sensations due to her ability to sense through the Force being ridiculously underdeveloped, the realization gave her a fright. And yet it felt wonderfully intoxicating, like filling one's lungs after holding the breath.
Peering through the pitch black night ahead, Funami’s purple eyes caught sight of a violet flash coming from ahead. However faint, the light was a beacon for her to follow. Gaining speed and certainty, her steps darted forward. Cutting down more roots that threatened to play with her curly hair, Funami entered the largest chamber yet, gaze immediately focused upon the lone figure within. Sparkling along the walls, dozens of tiny crystals glittered in the light elicited by the two lightsabers. Crimson and violet – the hum of their lightsabers filled the chamber and seemed to resonate within the surrounding crystals as well. The Force itself breathed at Funami. Fingers tightly curling about the curved lightsaber hilt, she secured the grip on the traditional weapon while clenching the free hand into a fist. Her gaze remained fixed upon Canderous and her body never ceased facing him as she paced along the chamber’s walls, circling him in graceful, elegant steps, saber lowered and pinting at the ground.
“You really love getting yourself in trouble, don’t you?” The girl asked with the subtlest hint of a smile, though the dark red hue cast over her form by the lightsaber dismissed any such notion. Combined with the shadows flickering about, the menacing red silence all cuteness about her and brought out the Sith she was. The fingers of her free hand wriggled playfully.
One glance toward the soldiers, one cock of a head, and the armored enforcers of the empire spilled into the area to surround Ra'hal Lexor .
“You do know the crystals belongs to the empire, right?”

Canderous turned on his heel, his blue eyes rested on her. See, he didn't know that the crystals were the property of the empire. But he did know something about the Force from his mother. He knew that the Force can call to anyone and it is their obligation to answer. No matter what it was calling him for, he had to answer. His eyes gazed around at the ground of imperial troopers rushing in. His lightsaber lowered in his right hand, pointing tip first toward the ground. His wrist slightly bent allowing for more fluid motion. If Funami was a practioner of various lightsaber forms, she could see that this was no doubt the Makashi stance. What was weird is for a BOUNTY HUNTER, he fell into the stance flawlessly. "I don't want to fight you, Funami. But you're not wrong. Malice attacked me, though of course my word choice was incorrect at the time. I had no choice to defend myself accordingly. When she got inside of my head, she brought out some horrible memories. I don't remember much after that.. Regardless, I CAN'T let you stop me."There wasn't any pity in his eyes, but there was a hint that he definitely did not want to fight the Sith in combat, he also knew she had an advantage given the troops around. His left hand rotated, letting the force run around it openly in a greyish blue mix of color. Waiting, he didn't know what was about to come. But something about Canderous gave the impression he was sure as hell ready for it. Funami Teriyaki,

“Why are you telling me all this? What does master Malice have to do with you stealing crystals from Sith space?” The small framed Sith retorted, though the tone coloring her words made it abundantly clear she absolutely did not care about explanations. Prestige, power – those were things that mattered to her and this man was a ticket to both if she played her cards right. The fact he had opted to do this the hard way made her mentally sigh in relief. It was nice to see little machinations, however petty, come to fruition, and she basked in the pleasure of everything going the way she had planned so far.
And then his purple blade hummed through the fetid air.
Perking an eyebrow at the unexpected degree of skill he had shown with his weapon, the girl safely recognized the unmistakable flourish of Makashi. She hadn’t accounted for that, but it ultimately mattered little, for he would meet his match. Always little and not physically able to reach the same degree of swordsmanship like her father, Funami had been educated in fencing by private tutors. Upon deciding on her preferred style of lightsaber combat, choosing the second form wasn’t really a choice per se, more like a continuation of her previous path. Relying on graceful, fluid motions and cunning, the second form of lightsaber combat fit the little Sithling perfectly. The way she had handled her blade and the curved hilt typically associated with Makashi should have been telling.
Bringing the blood red blade of pure plasma vertically in front of her face and swinging it down, Funami performed the Makashi salute – only to tilt her head to a side and give an innocent shrug, a deliberate statement this was simply beneath her. Flicking her gaze toward the group of Sith soldiers who had surrounded the man, the pink-haired terror took a step back and positioned herself in the exit to block any escape attempts and stay out of the fight for as long as she could.
“Get him.”
Always sending others to do her dirty work.

Canderous stared through a slight crack between armored troopers at Funami. It was one which was of annoyance, his eyes swirled blue while the gap finally was shut off. Silence ensued, although not the silence that is normally a comfort. This silence was one which was daunting, venomous to the ears. Then.. the sound of slashing, and screams took it's place. Canderous swung his blade through the surrounding troopers at an astounding level, narrowly avoiding blaster fire. Though somewhere during the occurrence, his left hand loosely gripped onto his lightsaber as well. If Funami could see this, she would note this was odd, although it appeared to be just as fluid as a normal Makashi. Yet it wasn't makashi, the ripsotes tore across armored chests, legs, necks. Several blaster bolts burned into his armored abdomen, but did nothing more. A trooper about to be decapitated gurgled out! "Lord Teriyaki.--- HELP US!"His head then swiftly rolled upon the ground.. Canderous stood alone, smoke rolling from the lightsaber all while his head was tilted down. The force was growing inside of Canderous, though she could feel no emotional swing.. Fett remained.. calm? How could Canderous remain calm and fight as aggressively as he did? Who taught him-.. a-.. Jedi? Or worse? What was worse? The form was most similar to Nikkos Tyris, the fluidity and hand positioning made it clear. Although this form was not openly used by many practitioners other than those who were apart of the Jensaarai. WHO TAUGHT HIM THIS? "Your move, Funami." Funami Teriyaki ,

Not an eyelid was batted at the ensuing slaughter. Raising her chin and looking smug, she assumed the role of a passive spectator and did absolutely nothing to interfere. Just like before, Funami had anticipated the situation would play out this way and it pleased her greatly despite the gruesome display of murder and the Mandalorian’s alarming degree of skill that would likely prove more than a match to her own should he be given the chance. Right then and there though, in that very moment, Funami shut her eyes closed and relished the deadly orchestra of death from the first row. Screams and cries cut short by the hum and whizz became music to her ears. And she did not satisfy with just listening; even with her underdeveloped senses, Funami could feel the agonizing severing of lives through the Force and basked in the morbid sensation. One of the reasons she had accepted the task with these very specific soldiers – to have vengeance, kill every single one of them without lifting a finger. And best of all? There was no magical way to prove she had done it on purpose, no conceivable evidence to point an accusatory finger her way. These things simply happened. Every day, on every planet infested with that pesky sentience. People died terrible deaths. How tragic and unfortunate. Not a single tear would be shed on her part.
That was power.
The last of them tried to start for the exit, fear and panic in full control of his actions, begging the petite Sithling to help. Blinking once and casually casting her gaze his way to look straight into the dark visor, she desperately hoped he remembered the slight he had committed against her when they last met.
Funami wasn’t one to forget an ill. “Help yourself.” Came the cool reply, about the last thing the man heard.
And in a flash, his head rolled among the others. Seeing them all pay the ultimate price for being so incredibly stupid and poking into Sith politics conjured up a small smile. A nod of appreciation followed. In the most graceful flick of a forearm, the girl brought her blade up and pointed its deadly tip at the Mandalorian’s heart. Feet slightly spread apart, everything about her spelled readiness for the lightsaber duel that promised to take place. At the same time, her free palm encased within the gauntlet of Crassus opened. The young Teriyaki was a deceitful one, waving her searing red blade dramatically while it was the other hand that wielded the real, invisible weapon. He had tasted her telekinesis once already, back at the café. Now was the time to allow him to feel the full extent of her mastery over its crushing might. Albeit arrogant and spoiled beyond redemption, Funami had not branded herself one of the greatest psychokinetics in the galaxy for nothing. After living with it ever since she could crawl, using its strength came almost more naturally than breathing.
In a single indrawn breath, she gathered the Force that summoned power from throughout the universe and enhanced it with her inner anger to add the devastating touch of the dark side. Slowly, delicately, her tiny, harmless and soft palm started to close. Rather that affecting the young man directly and possibly giving him a good chance to resist, Funami would push at his prized suit of armor from all sides and angles with enough pressure to crumple the hardened plates and squeeze the soft body within. This was to cause immense pain and immobilize him alike, both spelling almost certain failure to any attempts at concentration.
He was not meant to share the fate of the sliced bodies underfoot though.
Like a real gentleman, he had defended her honor and killed those who had offended the lady. And for doing her this favor, she would see him rewarded appropriately – do what Darth Malice should have done at the academy. Unlock the man’s fear, respect, and undying loyalty. A true new beginning, the start of another journey. One that had nothing in common with Mandalorians or Sith. Just her.
“Serve me!” Funami chirped in her childish, immature voice, almost giggling.
She clenched her fingers further with power that would crush him to the ground, and her telekinetic grip would tighten still, squeezing, crushing, destroying. Obedience or death. She would accept no other answer.
“Serve me.”
Out would come the voice of not a child, but a young woman, selling the words dripping with poison and smelling of honey.

Canderous felt his wind leave his lungs at the immensity of her force crush. It crushed his suit onto his own body like a tin can. He fell upon his knees, right hand extended he casted a force shield which would for the moment hold up against her incredible power, saving his chest from being caved in. His helmet fell from his head, revealing his peculiar blue and red eyes staring at her. Could he bring down the cave? Perhaps. In a second split decisions, he casted a force breach on her attack.. falling onto his elbows to finally breath. "I'll serve you".Oddly enough, what Fett did was major. Of course he could've brought down the cave, or breached her move and then assaulted. But he WILLINGLY decided to obey. Why? This could be deemed as confusing. Funami Teriyaki,

Akin to a rabid animal yanking its chains, the Mandalorian had mustered an impressive amount of power to break free of her grip. A temporary victory at best, for this act of resistance, however meaningless in the long run, had Funami know the dog still hadn’t learned his lesson. Stubborn and prideful, Mandalorians never really understood the concept of slave and master and as such, his promise stemmed from the man’s desire to avoid pain rather than realization she was his superior. Neither of them really believed there was an ounce of honesty in his words. Canderous had much to learn if he wished to make this relationship work. The mental image of the Mandalorian was squeezed in her hand again as she drew upon the power of her own lightsaber and all artifacts on her person to further enhance her psychokinetic strength.
Funami’s powerful hold on Canderous would be reinstated, more unrelenting that before, so overwhelming it would feel as if his ribs were collapsing. The torture did not end there, for stubborn dogs needed punishment to learn how to behave and pain was a great teacher. Even farm animals, if shocked enough times after touching the fence, learned to void all thoughts of escape. With a completely emotionless expression, Funami lifted one finger and tapped it in the air, as if pushing a needle into a pincushion. That was the signal for the blood vessels in Canderous’ body to stretch, as if he had been filled with balloons ready to pop.
“Serve me.” The young Sith apprentice hissed venomously, eyes gleaming with angry flames flickering within.

Canderous felt the powerful hold reinstated on his body. His eyes widened, head suddenly snapping backwards, he refused to scream. His body visibly arched on pure agony. Shaking from the amount of pain he was enduring. But through this pain, his emotions were beginning to build. Pain, the mentor of many lessons. Blood began to make it's way out of his chest, exiting out of his mouth, tears from pain swelling in his eyes. His face turning red. Veins began to pop up across Fett's face. When would she stop? What good is a broken slave? Barely mustering enough energy, he disignited his lightsaber, dropping it on the ground. Barely gathering enough of a breath to speak. Canderous spoke.. "I'll... Serve..- YOU!"He unwillingly moved upon his knees, it aas a struggle to do. Especially with the hold she had on his body. His forehead dug it's way into the ground. Cutting face against the jagged rocks. Blood began to shove it's way out of his nose, still it fell from his mouth too. His submission resulted from an admittance of her power. No Mandalorian often kneels. "Make the pain stop.." Canderous screamed mentally. The most boyish whimper left his lips finally after all of the pain. Echoing around the cavern.. "Oh my... God."Funami Teriyaki,

Clanking down, the extinguished lightsaber cowardly exited the scene and vanished among the unbelievable mess that littered the ground. The weapon’s owner finally knelt down in humiliation under the pressure of pain and misery that would one day be legendary. Still the psychokinetic grip threatening to pulp his body into bloody mash did not relent. The infinite pressure would dull all other sounds until only the terrible cracks and his own heartbeat resonated through his head, letting him hear his life slip and fade into nothing. Amidst the desperate pleas for stoppage, his heartbeat would start to grow slower and weaker as the last remains of what used to be a most imposing man ebbed away, leaving only the hapless husk of a broken cripple. The icy shackles of mortality finally yanked at his consciousness and started dragging him down the infinite abyss. Before he could pass the final threshold and depart the world of the living, the cruel little terror denied him the sweet release of death and relaxed her hand. In an eerily silent moment, the body was finally able to breathe freely and claw its way back among the living.
“You have no future with the Mandalorians,” informed Funami and released her finger from the lightsaber’s activation stud, “Your brothers and sisters fear the Sith, so much so they will deliver your head on a silver platter if it spares them our wrath.”
Funami crouched and grinned deviously at the downed Mandalorian. For all his martial prowess and physique, she had floored him without breaking a sweat. Power – that word kept coming to her mind. To manipulate others with lies disguised as truth and truth twisted wily enough to sound vastly more enticing than its bare form.
“They are weak. You know it to be true. Denounce your heritage!”
For Canderous, the mask disguising her true nature had been shattered; every fake smile and puppy-eyed stare just a deliberately constructed tool of manipulation. There was nothing cute or adorable about Funami now, being the very image of child-like cruelty and absolute lack of compassion. A Sith through and through. Rising to her full height again, the girl that was really an insidious beast hidded withing the innocent body of a child spoke those fateful words one last time.
“Serve me.”

Blood trickled down his face, Fett's body twitched. As soon as her power was released from his body, gasps sounded automatically, followed by a series of coughs and splutters. Canderous' hand reached to the locking mechanism on hid breastplate. Undoing it frantically, the beskar'gam fell to the floor. More gasps, but ultimately.. once more there was silence. Fett's head bowed in defeat. His right hand extended outward, utilizing the force to return his lightsaber. Although as he did he raised upon one knee. Careless whispers of humiliation flooded his mind. "I pledge myself to you, and your cause, my Mistress."Loud and clear, the formidable had been bested in combat. Canderous raised his eyes to his new Mistresss. Waiting as a hound would to be commanded. His own blade here on representing the power of Funami. He would strike fear into those that opposed her will. Submission through pain, just as he felt. Casting away his pride, he only felt submission to.. her. "What are your commands, Mistress?" Relishing her victory, Funami breathed in the humid air and writhed and wallowed in the dark side’s embrace. Everything had gone just as she had foreseen and it was utterly intoxicating. Only the surrounding crystals and the gutted corpses knew what had transpired in the cavern and they would never retell the story to anyone, silent witnesses until the end of times. Only she would carry the memory forth – she and this man once known as Canderous Fett, though Canderous Fett had died for his foolishness of poking the snake poised to bite. This new, reborn being had yet to be christened.
“Canderous Fett is dead. From now on, you shall be known as Melkor.” Funami declared and let the last few syllables almost lovingly roll off her tongue like honey. She was truly enjoying this with every fiber of her being.
“No,” uttered the Sith and corrected, “Not mistress. Miss Teriyaki.”
Lifting her gaze from Melkor’s bleeding, heavily breathing form, Funami spared the dead one last glance.
“I have no use of broken toys. Patch yourself up. Collect your broken armor and forge it anew. Travel to Atrisia. And await my word. Amazing things will happen there soon.”
Without saying another word, the Sithling spun on a heel and strutted back the way she came, humming a childish melody. Poorer several foolish, worthless puppets and richer a deadly weapon in her employ. She considered it a bargain.
