DESCRIPTION
The Arkham Nighthawk Rifle was designed as an elite rifle with a full computer system that took a DNA Sample through a needle to lock it to that user upon being issued, as well as a voice sample to be able to fire when not in the users hand. The Rifle also comes with a scanner that uses thermal and night vision modes to detect enemies as well as a visual and audio recorder.
