The following tags may be assigned to your submission by a Staff Member:
**Do NOT self-assign these tags. They are for Staff use ONLY**
- Your submission is Approved. If it is for a specific Faction, it will receive that Faction's tag.
- Your Submission is awaiting approval.
- Your submission is under review and awaiting edits.
- Your Submission is Denied. Staff will note the reasons and ask for editing or reworking as needed.
Please try to keep your submission titles as short as possible. You can describe more detail in the submission itself. This will enable Staff to assign the needed tags to the thread. Thank you.
Codex Standardized Rules Planet Creation Rules* Planets, due to their inclusion on the EU Map, are the only category of Codex that will still require two level approval by Codex Staff. Edits requested in this section are not suggestions, and refusal to make the required changes will result in the submission being denied. Planet submissions may be submitted to the Map Update thread after the date they have been Approved. * Custom planets can only be added to map locations that are not clustered by other planets in the area. * You may choose to not submit your custom planet to the EU Map. This is optional. They will still be required to go through the two level approval system however. * Players may add planets to previously existing systems, ie. any planet/system already on the map. * Extra-galactic planets cannot be submitted to the Codex. * Don't use specific Earth references as a short hand instead of explaining something. Ex. 'Japanese culture,' 'Medieval Europe', etc. * Canon planet submissions cannot contradict canon history (i.e. before the EU timeline), and should reflect EU history if applicable. No custom planet can produce "RESTRICTED" Materials.
