Hierarchy: Note, when Junior Officer and Senior Officer is going to a new rank, they need to go through a trial. The Junior Officer's trial consists of prooving the member's worth and shows who they are as a person. The Senior Officer's trial oversees if they deserve if they should be a Scientis, Governor, or Flag Officer.
Ultermatum: This person leads the faction. He makes the important rules and chooses the plans. (GF-E)
Scientists: They do the alchemy and tech for all the faction. (GF-S)
Governor: They control the planets and make sure everyone is in line. (GF-G)
Flag Officer: They lead the entire army to war. (GF-FO)
Platoon: They are a pack of 10 ships. (GF-P)
Senior Officer: They make sure that the plan is being followed through in the Platoon and tell others what to do. (GF-SO)
Ship: A group of 10 people that is ready to go to war when called on. They go to each battle and fight for the Faction. (GF-S)
Junior Officer: They lead their ship into battle and plan/figure out how to beat the other faction in the battle. (GF-JO)
Senior Noncommissioned Officer: They are usually the co leader of the ship. They just lead the members into battle. (GF-SNO)
Noncommissioned Officer: They are the low of the low. They are just regular people that just begun the training. (GF-NO)
Capital: Mustafar
Backstory/Bio: The Faction was founded by the Dathomirian Siths that wanted to protect their own, but wanted to destroy the Jedi for being very rude to them. The Jedi Destroyed half of the Dathomirian Race, because of people like Savage Appress, Darth Maul, and Asajj Oppress. There was some Dathormirians that went into hiding to try not to die.
Mike V'Trechen decided that it was time to stop hiding, so he left his planet that his family was hiding at for years and went to Dathomir. When he arrived, Mike found out that his planet has become a graveyard and the new leadership did not understand the grave losses that they had.
Mike left to Mustafar to start a new Empire called The Brotherhood of United Sith (BUS). The planet will symbolize the anger that each person is going through. Somewhere that people can go to, if they were ever hurt or lost a loved one through any trial of tribulation. They will stick together to control the galaxy, so there will be no death. There will be order and control. It is time for people to know just WHO is in charge.
Mike learned after a couple of years in the empire that the Sith and the Jedi are stupid. We need power to help others and grow. We need to be united to become one to destroy mandos and pirates. We do not need to be squabbling over one thing. We need to share it and live together in harmony with no death or chaos. He then turned the empire into The Grey Fire.
