A'den Kyr'am
Her eyes narrowed briefly as she watched Kylo head off on whatever mission his father had given him. This left the two of them alone. Her fingers tightened for a moment around the lower rim of her helmet as she held it down by her side. She'd not seen the point of putting it back on, as wet as she was. She took a moment to breathe slowly and collect her thouoghts. 'There were so many unanswered questions...' and she doubted she would get the answers to all of them. She shrugged slightly and took another deep breath before she spoke. When she did, it was cautious.
She had spent nore than half her life trying to find any leads on her parents... and it all led here. To Ky'ram. She closed her eyes briefly and willed herself to be calm. "Alor Kyr'am..." she finally said, falling back into formality as she tried to make some sense of her jumbled thoughts. She straightened slightly and lifted her chin, staring right into his visor. "Many years ago, I was brought to Dxun and placed under the care of Kyr'am, along with many other young Evaar'tale. We were not yet old enough to join in the war effort." Her voice caught for a moment, but she pressed on.
"You gave me a home and a place to return to when I had none. For that, I do thank you. I do not know the exact details of the events which occasioned my being brought to Dxun along with the others, as records are sparse. But from what I have been able to peice together, the Mandalorians attacked Dromund Kaas. They devoted the bulk of their forces to that attack, and left Mandalore herself undefended save for a small fleet. I know my parents were part of that attack on Dromund Kaas.... but I do not currently know their whereabouts." She paused. "Rumors suggest.. that they were infact killed during the attack. If this is true.. why is there no record of it?" Her voice was tense, as if she were waiting for the other boot to drop. Even so, she finished after a moment. "I... also would like to apologize for how I've acted towards you. It was unfair of me to do so, in light of everything you have done for me.." her cheeks flushed slightly. That had been a difficult thing for her to voice, but she felt it was necessary.
