STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Ryu has a large amount of untouched force potential, which can be unlocked through vigorous training. This could make him a useful asset to the Jedi Order. His swordsmanship with a saber is next to unmatched within the padawan ranks, this sets him aside from the other padawans at his age. However, his anger and emotions are quick to overtake him and his abilities within the force. This could make him easily susceptible to the Sith, as his personality nearly exactly goes against the Jedi Code. He also had a deep infatuation with the dark side of the force, he craved strength, as in the back of his mind he always knew the Jedi Order would not satisfy his needs of power.
APPEARANCE:
Ryu is a lean build, standing 6"1 tall. He has fairly pale skin and always looks as if giving a scowl, due to his furrowed brow. Hard edges to his bone structure make his facial features stand out, including a strong jawline.
BIOGRAPHY:
Ryu was born to his mother and father on Coruscant. At a very young age he revealed he was force sensitive, a trait he did not obtain from either his mother nor father. His father was incredibly abusive to his mother, something he could remember vividly from a young age. This build up anger within him as he dearly loved his mother, far exceeding his love for his father. At the age of 12, his father one night had hit his mother, the rage pent up inside him due to his fathers actions overflowed that night. He released it all onto his father, using his power abilities, unbeknown to him, to choke the life from his father, right in front of his mother. His father now dead, Ryu's mother was frightened for her life, unknowing what to do, she fled the planet. She then left Ryu to the Jedi Order, to hone his abilities and become a Jedi. He trained for years on end to be in the position he's in now, a Padawan intensely in tune with the force, who is soon to become a Jedi Knight.
