Strengths:
* Very high resistance to blaster bolts
Light and easy to manoeuvre around in, due to joints within duraplast. This suits a fast moving fighting style well.
Weaknesses:
* Straight on attack from a lightsaber, as in a stabbing motion can damage or break through the armour.
There are gaps within the armour, allowing large weak spots, as it is a segmented armour design.
DESCRIPTION
This armour design was used back in the Jedi Order in the Old Republic time frame. The design was a segmented metal plated look, which gives protection to the user. However, the core design has been developed by Ryu Jotaro to be more resistant to sabers and blaster fire, whilst still keeping its light nature. Whereas before, there was a trade off for protection to speed and vice-versa, now both can be achieved with the use of duraplast plating being used for the armour instead. This is a singular set of armour, developed and designed by Ryu in use for the Dread Wars, which he shall wear in his battles for added armour which Jedi robes particularly didn't provide.
