Lower Hangers, allows for more fighters
Strengths:
* Hangers- The Swarmbringer can unload far more fighters and bombers than any other class in the galaxy. It was specifically designed to do so after all.
Alongside the hangers in the middle, it has several on the bottom of the ship
* Unity- Because of how many ships come and go from this carrier, those who serve aboard these ships work well with one another. Thus they can work well with others in their fleets, always in constant contact. This allows them to react to things others would delay in.
Weaknesses:
* Logistics- The sheer amount of materials needed to fully stock such a ship are horrendous. To have supplies to fix all the ships within it, and itself are massive. Each Swarmbringer either has to have an extra ship with supplies in its fleet or make regular stops at MC stations for supplies.
* Slow- The Swarmbringer class isn’t the fastest of ships.
Description:
The Swarmbringer class carrier is built for the sole purpose of disgorging as many ships into the fray as possible in as short an amount of time as possible. It was based off of the Harrower class battle-cruiser, but upgraded to stand equal with new ships of this era. It was also built with far more hangers than the Harrower class, incorporating hangers in the bottom of the ship and in the wedges at the front.
Designed and built by Mandal Motors, the first ships of this class were built in Mandalores orbit. Later ships would be built elsewhere within MC space, but for now, they came off of the production lines of Mandalore. They have lower offensive capabilities, but can still defend themselves well enough. However, each of this class need to be accompanied by a small fleet to protect themselves, otherwise they could be beaten back.
