The City stability is considered high from constant presence of Imperial Military and the Sith Order.

* Description: The City is seen as a massive metropolitan city with skyscrapers reaching high into the sky. It closely resembles Kaas City in design. The city is wrapped in a Perpetual snow fall assuming it was caused by the Cryomancer Darth Nivalis who is the Governor of Rhen Var.

IMPERIAL CITADEL
The Imperial Citadel is the capital building of Rhen City. It's several Meters tall, has a massive Plaza at the entrance lined with Sith statues and Sith Empire Banners. The Citadel features a grand hall, combat dojo, offices, Governor Office, Sith Archives, Sith Emperor Throne Room, Dark Council chambers and Barracks.
IMPERIAL MILITARY GARRISON
The Imperial Military Garrison was the Rhen Var capital outpost for the Imperial Military. It features Imperial Intelligence offices, shooting range, locker rooms, armory, Barracks, and Imperial Officer offices.
NEXUS CASINO & HOTEL
The biggest casino currently in Sith Space. It's a 13 story casino attached to a 70 story hotel and a 4 story Restaurant. The restaurant has ever single cuisine you could want, any drink you want. The casino has thousands of table games, slot machines and galaxy wide gambling for pod races and swoop racing.
RHEN STARPORT
Rhen Starport is a massive spaceport in Rhen City, and the biggest spaceport on Rhen Var. All traffic through Rhen Var usually comes through the spaceport.
SECURITY RATING: Maximum
Rhen City not only has mass amounts of Imperial Military personnel and members of the Sith Order, the city has heavy auto turrets and anti air missiles all around the city.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Rhen City; built 15 years prior to the Devastator Wars as a twin of Kaas City to honor the Sith Empire. It featured shopping centers, casinos, restaurants, bars & Cantinas as well as the Rhen Var Imperial Citadel. The cities completion was done one year before the Devastator Wars. After the Devastator Wars Darth Nivalis was placed as Governor of the planet. The city already covered in snow due to Rhen Var being a frigid snow world, Darth Nivalis did a ritual to trap the city inside a constant snowfall. To this day Rhen City stands as a massive metropolitan city in the middle of a tundra.
