DESCRIPTION

The Shadow Industries works mainly in two ways, selling to traders who take their products elsewhere but are required to show who its from, and more specialized products or services if they come directly to them on Endor. When discussing on Endor Shadow Industries can offer not only all their products, but can offer specialized products, or even personally forge more uncommon metals given to them according to their buyers specifications.

While Shadow Industries is technically owned by a member of the CIS council, it is not actually exclusively loyal to it. Though it would refuse selling to enemies of the CIS or people deemed criminals on Endor or its other planets, it has no other qualms about selling unless specific concerns are brought up.

Generally speaking, in spite of its name, Shadow industries is actually incredibly lawful in its actions. Its mining operations are done carefully, and it does pay attention to those who it imports materials or technology from. Since its employees are mostly either droids, or rather well paid, it’s seen as having incredibly ethical treatment of its employers.

RATIONALE
Frell Garvesh created Shadow industries from the ground up, initially working as a Metallurgist and taking odd jobs, he gained enough money to start his own business. Soon he started buying droids and paying employees to grow, and taking advantage of his existing business history formed Shadow Industries as its new name. The name was actually a partial joke on his part, as it actually began from people calling his business “The Shadow’s Forge” or just “Shadow’s” sometimes. This was due to his Defen nature to appear almost invisible, and like many others, become known as a Shadow, or Wraithlike. Those who know him or its history are aware it’s mostly a joke, others don’t necessarily find it as funny until they find out the reason behind it.
