RATIONALE
Chrom developed the CIS, a faction the Combat Automata were once loyal to. He hence asked Blaktoid Industrial Systems to reform the organization. This was due to their past affiliation with the CIS and they complied, loyal to the CIS once again after their service under the Empire before its fall all those years ago.
