STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
-Garish is a very powerful necromancer and ritualist, having spent most of his life learning almost exclusively types of alchemy, necromancy, and the more ritualistic aspects of magick and the force. He learned most from his father, however he began studying on his own in time. While a bit more powerful then most Witch Commanders in more regular uses of magick or the force, it's truly in rituals where he shines.
-Mind powers: Something that seemed to come to him naturally as well was an extreme ability to feel through the force, sense the thoughts of others, feel their feelings, and invade their minds. Illusions, pain, screaming, false emotions, they all seemed to come to him very naturally. This includes Mesmerism.
-The untouchable: Garish actually rather rarely show's his face or even leaves his cave, communicating to others either through some form of magick or illusion or another person. In spite of rarely having to deal with it, he has an incredible amount of power when it comes to defending against others using magick or the force on him.
-Is aware of most Dathomir magick and practices more common methods.
Weaknesses:
-Active combat: Garish does not generally fight one on one. While he is quite physically capable, his heavy focus on ritualistic use of magick has left him without the same practice as others. As a result he tends to rely on the sheer power he has or other individuals. He also rarely carries weapons.
-Madness: Garish is actually quite insane. Mumbling and whispering to himself a lot of the time when he has a goal in mind, and has a distorted sense of belief in the Fanged God who he solely worships and does so very heavily.
-Technology: Garish is not particularly used to technology, he could figure out how to fly or use most of it but not very efficiently. He understands droids fairly well along with bio-tech. But is very average at flying speeders or ships, or using a blaster, which he actually would often fumble with.
APPEARANCE:
Garish is a very unusual man to see. Almost always covered in ragged robes of Rancor Leather or other skins and furs, typically wearing a skull or unusual head covering, and moving around in almost always a strange crouch, gripping anything near his hands as he goes with a strangely fast gate that almost looks like a crawl. Underneath Garish's eyes seem to dance form side to side when he is focused on a goal, his mind every looking for something.
BIOGRAPHY:
Garish is one of Zenon's first children, however as he was a male, he was not kept among many of the witches, but rather went mostly with the Zabraks who had their own ill opinions of him. Zenon attempted to teach him Magick in spite of this treatment, particularly the use of alchemy. He quickly took a deep interest in alchemy on living things, along with necromancy and ritualistic magick. Zenon tried to halt this immense interest in some capacity thinking he was taking it to far, but Garish refused, and eventually started gathering more and more information on the matter. This separated him from the one who was trying to actually help him. And Garish's unusual mind grew further and further from the regular world, drawing an intense fascination with the spirits and the control of biological things.
As a result he was shunned by most. Not for practicing it at all, but because he seemed to be going to far. His extremist like tendencies, constant mumbling, and refusal to stop or even slow down, made most rather afraid of him. He became known as the Outcast, and often began to wear skulls or other things on his head hiding his face. Eventually taking away to a cave. He maintained a form of contact with the others but his focus seemed to be entirely upon the Fanged God.
Garish tends to feel a lot of pain and distraction, he wants others to appreciate what he does and follow the Fanged God like he does but he can't seem to make them do so. Animals however, and the weak-minded, he can make them obey. He can make them follow. He can raise the dead and they can follow. Garish seems to emanate a sense of distorted life and death through the force. And those who do not sense it often feel it anywhere just by how he looks and seems to move. He is absolutely insane, and while he is powerful and has learned quite a bit extra from the Fanged God, his actions are still very wild and out of place, even for Dathomir.
