The Hutt Cartel has a reputation for being a well organized underworld organization. The Hutts are infamous for their cunning, and ruthlessness (and possibly their gluttony as well). The newly amassed wealth that is now in the Hutts' possession, as well as their reputation are the two greatest assets to the Hutt Cartel. Money and Reputation cause power. Power allows influence. Influence then causes strength.

Backstory/Bio:
After a series of slave revolts, and galactic treaties, the Hutt Cartel fell into obscurity. For years the Hutts were in a desperate scramble for a recapture of their lost power, and survival. Then Fruka, son of Nem'ro, reestablishes the Hutt Council, and reunifies Hutt Space. The uniting was a slow, yet steady process done through a mixture of diplomacy, assassination, murder of rivaling lesser gangs, and political intrigue. Now, the Hutt Cartel gets rich off of sponsoring mercenaries, running casinos, taking control over shipping routes in the Outer Rim, and turning their worlds into well taxed free trade hubs. Currently Nar-Shadaa is the capital of the Hutt Cartel, and the meeting place of the Hutt Council. Hutta is the considered Hutt home world, and is the second most popular planet under Hutt control.
