Hogg Vojam
* Intent: To flesh out an important NPC that helps facilitate narcotics and weapons to my character, and her associates.
* Image Credit:
* Role: Hogg Vojam is the leader of the Purple Rejects, a crime organization based on the Smuggler's Moon: Nar Shaddaa. He has worked for years with my character's organization as a supplier of narcotics and weapons. He is also a broker of information to my character in Hutt space.

PHYSICAL INFORMATION
* Age: 43.
* Force Sensitivity: Untrained Force-sensitive.
* Species: Ithorian.
* Appearance: Like all of his species he is distinguished by the hammer like shape that makes up his head. He also has a long, running black tattoo that rises from the base of his back up to his shoulders, which is designed like a flame rising upwards.
SOCIAL INFORMATION
* Name: Hogg Vojam.
* Loyalties: He is loyal to the Order of the Sith Lords.
* Wealth: Extremely Wealthy.
* Notable Possessions: Blaster pistol, knife.
* Skills: He is a decent shot with a blaster. He also knows how to handle himself in a knife or fist fight. He is very good at intimidating others. Though he is an untrained Force-sensitive he has the ability to coerce others naturally to do what he wants, and this stems from his untapped abilities in the Force.
* Personality: Intimidating. Angry. Hateful. Arrogant. Boisterous.
COMBAT INFORMATION
* Weapon of Choice: Blaster pistol, knife.
* Combat Function: He is decent in a pistol fight. He knows how to duck, evade and shoot his targets. But he isn't a soldier. Most of his talents have been picked up working as a criminal for most of his adult life. If he were to fight alongside my character he would stay until the last man, and would die for my character. He would be willing to sacrifice himself to save my character.
Strengths:
Decent Shot: He isn't an expert marksman but five times out of ten he would likely hit the mark.
The Force: Hogg is an untrained Force-sensitive. But his abilities can manifest themselves when he becomes extremely angry, or hateful, or scared.
Weaknesses:
The Force: Hogg is an untrained Force-sensitive. If he were to come up against a trained Force-sensitive he would likely get whooped.
Loyal to a fault: Hogg's loyalty to Alicia Drey and her organization comes to a fault. He would gladly give up his life if she demanded it, or if the opportunity came where he needed to save her at the cost of his own.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Hogg Vojam was a Male Ithorian who served Alicia Drey, a Chandrilese gangster who lived secretly as a Sith Lord, and the reigning Master in the Rule of Two. He is also the younger brother of Snagg Ibbluhl, another Ithorian who Hogg followed into exile after his older brother was involved in an incident on board their Herdship. He fell into service to Alicia after she murdered her Sith Master and took his place in the Master-Apprentice dichotomy which encapsulates the philosophy of the Rule of Two. He was recruited by Snagg into the Order of the Sith Lords whilst the pair of them worked for the Purple Rejects, another crime based organization which facilitated the supply of narcotics, drugs and other forms of paraphernalia on Nar Shaddaa. When Snagg left Nar Shaddaa to join his Master on Chandrila, Hogg was left behind and continued to work for the Purple Rejects, acting as his older brothers face in the organization whilst he was away in the Core worlds.
Consequentially Hogg acts as the hub to which most of the narcotics, weapons and paraphernalia that are smuggled in through Chandrilese customs at Hanna City, Emita and Nayli (Chandrila's three major settlements), which the Purple Rejects supply through the contact that Hogg and his brother regularly maintain with one another. It is known to the other gangsters and associates in the Purple Rejects that if Hogg should be harmed, or their subsequent arrangement was to be damaged in anyway, then they would answer to Snagg, who remains infamous in the organization for his brutality and ruthlessness despite the fact that it has been almost two decades since he was last on Nar Shaddaa working as one of their enforcers.
As a result of Hogg and the oversight he provides for the smuggling operations too and from Nar Shaddaa to Chandrila, Elias Tovia- a traffic controller and associate of Snagg's- makes sure that the narcotics, weapons or paraphernalia that comes through Emita's customs are not consequentially found, ensuring that the business between Alicia Drey and her Nar Shaddaa contacts remains unmolested by Chandrilese officials. The same is said for Adamas Taher, who works in the Hanna City spaceport in a similar capacity, with Fraller Mori- another associate of Snagg's- working as the middleman between Hogg's older brother and his Chandrilese contacts.
Smuggling narcotics, weapons or other forms of paraphernalia from Nar Shaddaa does not require such rigorous and extensive measures to ensure that their cargo leaves their ports, as the moon is widely controlled by several different criminal entities, with the Hutt's sitting at the top of the criminal pyramid. The only measures that Hogg and the Purple Rejects take are to make sure that their rivals do not know where they are loading their cargo, and where their cargo is destined to go. Subsequently the smugglers which leave Nar Shaddaa en route to Chandrila are well compensated- and intimidated- into maintaining their silence about this discreet venture by both Hogg and Snagg.
Due to his near twenty year career as a criminal, in conjunction with his time with the Purple Rejects, and his lucrative arrangement on Chandrila, Hogg has become extremely wealthly, just like his older brother. This is with thanks to his lifelong career as a professional criminal, having been involved in several lucrative drug deals on Nar Shaddaa, and in conjunction with other activities such as coercing or intimidating others into making him a profite. Due to his Force-sensitivity Hogg has even been known to have won at the Sabacc tables. Such was his win streaks in some of Nar Shaddaa's more well known casinos that he has been banned from most of them, and blacklisted from others. Unlike Snagg, however (who spends his credits either buying or chasing up dark paraphernalia to further his abilities, or forwarding the agenda of the organization he works for), Hogg spends his credits on women, booze, drugs, more weapons and so on. As such he owns several premises on Nar Shaddaa.
Like his older brother, Hogg is Force-sensitive but does not possess the same abilities or potential that Snagg eventually lived up too. He can use the Force but does not know how to control it, and his abilities usually only manifest themselves during heightened emotional states, such as when he is angry, hateful or fearful. They only naturally come to him in moments when he is coercing, intimidating or convincing someone to do something for him. Rather ironically he isn't as good as a shot as other Force-sensitives have shown him to be. Usually a Force-sensitive will be able to pick up near expert marksmanship (if they are sufficiently strong enough in the Force to do so) without having picked up a blaster before, but for Hogg he is only decent, and has been known to miss at times.
In 896 ABY, Snagg Ibbluhl returned to Nar Shaddaa for the first time, and alongside his brother, took over the Purple Rejects in combination with the elder Ithorian's abilities with the dark side of the Force, and Hogg's associates who joined them. When Snagg returned to Chandrila Hogg was left behind as the leader of the organization, and took over control of it's assets, business and structure on Nar Shaddaa, with an arrangement in place that at the end of every standard month a shipment of narcotics, weapons or paraphernalia (all ranging depending on what was ordered) would be sent to one of Chandrila's three spaceports. It is due to this arrangement that Chandrila is currently experiencing a small rise in crimes related to narcotics, weapons etc.
When Hogg was a young man he befriended a small Human girl who came to Nar Shaddaa with a much older, and muscular man who Snagg worked for. It was during this time that Hogg came to care for the girl on a level that he only afforded too his brother. This girl would eventually grow up to become the CEO and Founder of Chandrila Group, a foodstuffs exporter that became responsible for almost half of Chandrila's supply of foodstuffs across the Bormea sector, and along the Peremelian Trade Route. Her name was Alicia Drey, who had been taken to Nar Shaddaa for the remainder of her childhood whilst her Sith Master went about growing the organization that she would eventually come into control of once he had been eliminated by her hands.
Though Hogg Vojam is aware of the extent of this organization and has an idea of it's size, influence and power he does not know that he has been working with, or working for Sith Lords for most of his adult life. He merely thinks that both his older brother (Snagg Ibbluhl), Alicia Drey and her predecessor are or were gangsters like himself. He does not even know that Alicia or her Master were Force-sensitive, though the same can't be said for Snagg, as he was present during the incident which resulted in his brother's exile from Ithor. Like most of the men who come into service to the Order of the Sith Lords he has been compartmentalized into thinking, and acting in a way that he will never truly comprehend how his work will one day change and affect the Galaxy. Despite all of this he would gladly lay down his life for Alicia and her organization's goals.
