STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
-Force user: Tasha grew up initially to the Jedi Order, and was known as an incredible combatant in the force, though her use of visions and meditations were often deemed poor for her level of power and skill. However in spite of this she’d made an excellent teacher to others, and worked extremely well in teams. She has enough skill in use of the force to work seamlessly with technology, something that has become known as the "Way of the Yaka" which is not unlike what she might call a modern version of Niman, combing physical ability and the force, but in this case with the addition of more technological influence.
-Is one of few who have actually made use of Shatterpoint
-Excellent combatant
-Excellent marksman
-Experienced leader
-Politically capable
-Takes advantage of her abilities to combine them with technology efficiently. Considered a sort of Pioneer in the field of modern force usage.
-Technopathy (Extremely powerful, capable of manipulating multiple droids, systems, and even ships, or controlling ships just by contacting them over comms)
-Extremely strong will power and determination
-Skilled in technology
-Business owner, fairly rich due to her schools especially.
Weaknesses:
-Grudges: Tasha has an incredible grudge towards slave drivers and the Jedi way both. This can lead her to being very uncooperative sometimes especially with those more vocal about it. She can accept negotiating and working with Jedi, but she will almost never cooperate with slavers. She gains new grudges fairly easily and can be hard to lose them or get past them.
-Broken: Tasha’s experiences have made her a somewhat of a broken person. She sometimes has episodes, the mark on her neck is particularly a dangerous trigger for such episodes when seeing it on another or in general and can have a variety of effects.
-Prophecy and the light: Tasha actually is much lower than her level of skill when it comes to prophecy, long term precognition, close meditation on the lightside, or use of many unusual techniques like telepathy
APPEARANCE:
Tasha is a fairly attractive woman if one could look past her scars and sometimes crude demeanor. She’s a somewhat tall woman with light skin, a slender complexion, and light blonde hair at about her shoulders.
All to often Tasha can be seen with bags under her eyes from overworking herself.
BIOGRAPHY:
Tasha Blackmoor is the only child of Venon and Sarisha Blackmoor, A Count and Countess on Alderaan. Taken into the Jedi at a young age Tasha was a natural to applying the force into her daily life and combat, but she was not the most easy to teach the ways of meditation and prophecy. Her tendencies towards technology and incorporating it more then actually meditating often resulted in her being an excellent multi-tasker, but her determination to do things her way sometimes made her trouble to deal with. Her master and her went on a mission to Tatooine to try and deal with a slaver group there, however, they were more dangerous then expected. Her master was killed and Tasha was taken captive. She refused to give into the concept of slave in any form, and as a result, they tortured her. And left a mark on her neck, the mark of a slave sold by them. No matter her strength of will, it got to her heart. It hurt not just physically, but mentally, emotionally. She felt somewhat betrayed by the Jedi, that they had not sent more. She spent the next two years as a slave on Tatooine, and all that time, assumed dead by the order.
She lost faith in them, but not in herself, they had to keep cuffs on her to be sure she wouldn't use the force. But it didn't stop her from learning other techniques. And by the end of those two years, Tasha had navigated her way out of the cuffs and taken out the chip set to explode if she escaped. She took them down, her owner, and as many of the slavers as she could find. One way or another they were taken down. Each time their death was as gruesome as their crimes, but all put together at once. She became known as the Slaves Judgement in that next year and a half of vengeance. Tasha eventually left Tatooine before she could make the decision to rampage anyone else, she came back to the order but only for an instant. Only long enough for her decision about them to be solidified. She left the order and eventually joined the Republic military, growing quickly up the ranks to that of General. She was known for her skill at teamwork and incredible mercy for her crew and those they came across. For all but slavers, for slavers there was no one more careful to decide their cruel fate. No one who would strategize to create despair in their hearts before they were truly defeated.
Tasha eventually created Blackmoor Education and Skills, offering a wide variety of high grade teachings on Alderaan. Aside from its function as an excellent school for those with the money. It also was one of few ways to learn the force in the Republic without becoming a Jedi or joining some other almost religious like group. And because of Tasha's experience with her use of it outside of Jedi Teachings and more traditional styles, she was able to teach them what she called "Modern Application and Study of the Force" which ranged from combative arts to daily life use, in particular the use of Technopathy. Her teachers were eventually deemed close enough to her requirements that they were then able to take her place most of the time. One of the common methods for training the Battle Guard (one of the classes that could be taken) used was actually to teach them in groups, where some in the group were not permitted to use the force and the others had to work with them keeping that in mind. It resulted in an efficient form of group functionality no matter the number of force sensitives, and in them not relying on the force to do things, but using it to rather aid their abilities and technology.
She also brought about the creation of Blackmoor arms. A weapons and defense manufacturer both for civilians, law enforcement, and military needs. Though careful on who they traded with.
Tasha Pioneered this Modern Adaptation of the force. Treating it much like another branch of science that could be studied even by those who did not possess it. But for those who could use it, she taught the "Way of the Yaka" named after a species known for applying cybernetic brains into their children to give them genius intelligence. A sign that her methods were a combination of nature and science, rather then merely one or the other.
