I really want to write more with Tasha Blackmoor. I've done a bit of work on her to put her where she is, but there really aren't any threads I can get her in right now. Since she can't exactly do much in the dread wars right now, especially as her stuff wasn't submitted before (and I still haven't added her Fleet).
Really didn't get any takers on the Discord, so giving it a try on this one.
Here's some of what I'm looking for:
Students: She doesn't apply as much to the whole padawan/apprentice deal. But she does do it for having a student study under someone if they've reached a high enough level they can go into combat (or at least, be on the field to an extent). But other forms of training work to. There's no "master" deal for her, can use teacher if you like, but she really doesn't care for that either. She has a lot of things to teach, she uses a fighting style called "The Way of the Yaka" which is her modern take on something akin to Niman (which combines both the force and the body) while she adds technology into the mix. However unlike Niman there is not so much a specific saber style, as a general use of how to apply everything into one style. So someone could be a defensive fighter and want to stay grounded, but still use the Way of the Yaka, while another uses something closer to Ataru, but still applies it in a way that makes it Yaka.
Also wouldn't need to be any kind of long standing position, since this is legitimately a school. You can just...graduate, or skip out. Or only choose to take a few classes. If you're in the military or something, she may just do it for free since she might consider it a part of her job as a general.
Enemies:
Yeah her army is a support, rescue, and exploration force, but that doesn't mean she can't have enemies. Whether someone they keep seeming to run into, or someone she may end up with an almost personal vendetta against (Slavers) I think it'd be fun to have her end up in a fight with someone whether as a General, or as a warrior herself.
If you're a bounty hunter, this would also be fine, as there was a time where she hunted down quite a lot of slavers. And it's entirely possible a bounty had been placed on her during that period of time which we could go by.
Friends/meetings:
Lonely, gimme friends. Tasha has no role-plays, so there's like nobody that she knows who's a legitimate character. Would love to get some social rp's in her somewhere. She is a general, so if you're military, you might meet her. She's also a fairly significant figure on Alderaan due to her schools, and slightly due to her Blackmoor arms. So political, business events, parties, or going to the school, would all be possibilities.
She doesn't visit with Jedi's so much, but it's entirely plausible she could meet with one as well for some purpose. Perhaps there's a technique she couldn't quite remember and wanted to check if she could use their library to fill in the blanks. She did learn a lot as a Padawan but she's been away from the Jedi Order for years, and while her current abilities and such work for herself and her students, it'd make sense that there was something she forgot that would be good to relearn.
There are my other characters who could use up's as well, in particular:
Garvesh: A defen businessman, and a collector of unusual art or even artifacts.
Zenon: Overlord of Dathomir Collective. Often takes part in the business ventures of the Venas Mor, as well as military matters. Keep in mind though, he is quite powerful.
Garish Nevra: Zenon's son, a fanatic attempting to raise the Fanged God from the dead, though simply under the guise of worshiping him. He's trying to discover certain things for the ritual. Including healthy bodies, something the Fanged God requires. Garish is legitimately insane, don't expect him to always make sense or be reasonable about what he wants. He may not explain the business with him fully, but in return for cooperation he may offer certain assistance in some matters, or may offer some kind of object of use.
The Fanged God: Yeah made a character for that, he is legitimately dead. He can only thus partially interact with things as he is latched onto an altar, illusions and telepathy mostly. But he does have a level of mind control (if certain circumstances are met, you're character is in no danger, it'd be some disposable NPC he probably took hold of brought to his altar then sent out). He may make promises of power, or influence, or give knowledge, and in return, ask for cooperation in his resurrection.
