PRODUCTION INFORMATION
* Manufacturer: (Venas Mor)

* Model: (VM Stealth 1)
* Modularity: (Different size designs, Mini, Regular, and Max, can also be designed to create false holograms rather then just stealth)
* Production: Semi-Unique
* Material: Durasteel Deflector shield Parts.
SPECIAL FEATURES
-VM Stealth systems create a field going from one to the next that create a high resolution holographic screen showing what’s on the other side (requiring another Stealth system) as if it were normal. These systems require considerable energy however, thus meaning much weaponry is mostly offline, and the shields are weaker. Additionally the systems disrupt and conflict with sensors in order to further the invisibility to computers, and disrupt tracking methods at or through it to misdirect them away.
-They can take some hits on their own due to small deflector shields and durasteel design, but are still very sensitive and a fighter could take them out with most missiles or medium blaster fire. Or even a heavy hand held cannon from ground forces.
Strengths:
-Causes visual and sensor invisibility to anything outside its given range.
-Stronger then most stealth systems, which are easier to spot with focused or maintained scanners (this was a necessity due to the size some of the ships they planned on putting it on initially)
-Disrupts signals, tracking, and sensors to avoid anything detecting it or being able to follow it.
-Can misdirect incoming missiles away
Weaknesses:
-Numerous means to disrupt the invisibility.
-Ships closer with standard sensors 50 meters (VM max), 20 meters (VM Regular) or 10 meters (VM Mini) or closer will sense it and may notice distortions in their sight.
-Coming out of and going into hyperspace temporarily deactivates it.
-Using any heavy weaponry taking energy requires temporary deactivation, and time to reactivate.
-Shields cannot operate at top power when the ship is invisible if hooked up to the same power source
-Hits against the shields or near hologram will cause an area around the hit to become visible for a short time depending on the size/power of the impact, revealing what is beneath.
-Destroying any ones sensors will cause the projector on the other side to be unable to do its job, allowing it to be recognized in that location.
DESCRIPTION
Due to the resource and number limitations of the Dathomir Collective compared to bigger factions, the council reached a decision that all ships had a much higher comparative value to them. This resulted in a decision that the most advanced ships required something to keep them safe, and the creation of the VM stealth system. Designed to be spaced around the entire ship the Stealth System creates a projection and uses sensor and tracking disruption to go totally into stealth and invisibility. This systems energy requirements however, along with cost and sensitivity, are one of its biggest downfalls, causing a severe limitation on where they choose to use them. So rather than applying them to every ship, they have been limited to only the most special ships or locations.
