SPECIAL FEATURES
-A small chip that can be attached to a droids AI which control’s who it is loyal to. It requires access codes and manual setting in order to change it’s loyalty. This prevents a lot of hacking attempts, theft, as well as unexpected changes in who the droid may obey.
-Secret built in system that will revert it’s loyalty to the Dathomir Collective if given the correct set of codewords.
Strengths:
-Considerable increase to hacking, theft, and unexpected loyalty shifts that overloaded droids may experience.
-Provides owners a sense of security as only they can change it’s loyalty, or depending on who they give the access codes to. (Aside from the Venas Mor)
-Fairly durable and small makes it easy to connect to the AI system.
-Can house an auto destruct function for the droid if damaged, or engage certain settings (up to the owners control)
-Can be reverted back to control of the Dathomir Collective if given correct code words (Unaware to buyers)
-Very difficult to alter without the access codes or understanding of the chips design.
Weaknesses:
-It’s small size means that it can still be broken with a blaster bolt or most weapons, generally requiring it to be placed within the AI system or some other safe place.
-Takes up additional space
-If the droid was designed for stealth, it must also be hidden as well as the chip does not have its own stealth system.
-Must be attached manually (by Venas Mor or buyer) to the droid system.
DESCRIPTION
A mass produced chip meant mostly for Venas Mor Droids, in particular the more important models, the Loyalty chips serve as an excellent defense against unwanted external interference with the droids functions. It essentially takes control of the AI by force once integrated, in order to prevent disloyalty.
The secret addition of the Dathomir Collective built in backup loyalty gives them assurance that it will not be used against them.
