SPECIAL FEATURES
- Great Amulet augments the wearer’s connection to, and power, in the Force tremendously.
- Cloak of Hate has been trimmed down into a bodyglove-like material and is utilized as such for its added benefits.
- Tyrant Rancor Leather, made from the hide of the biggest of these gargantuans, is extremely durable against kinetic attacks, and the dying of this through the Norris Root makes it blasterfire and lightsaber resistant
Strengths:
- Songsteel is almost invulnerable to lightsaber strikes and to blaster-fire.
- Terentatek Hide lining makes sure that the wearer gains almost full immunity to force abilities done directly at them.
- Rubber lining decreases conductivity between armor and wearer
- Norris Root Dye makes the cape and all parts of the armor not covered by songsteel both blood-red in color and resistant to blasterfire and lightsaber strikes.
- Augmented Force Power from the imbedded Great Amulet
- Increased Stamina, Agility, and Precision from the Cloak of Hate.
Weaknesses:
- No Resistance to toxins and gases.
- Helmet can be/become cumbersome in tighter spaces.
- Although directly immune to most force abilities, objects can still be thrown at Kao using the force causing him damage.
- Areas where the Force does not work shut down the powers of the Great Amulet and the Cloak of Hate.
- A strong enough use of Force Light can destroy the Great Amulet and the Cloak of Hate, but they have to get around the Terentatek Hide first...
DESCRIPTION
- Songsteel Armored Sections: Head, Shoulders, Forearms, Chest, Knees, Thighs, and Shins, Feet.
- Layers of the Armor Section: Songsteel, Average Layer of Rubber, Terentatek Hide, Cloak of Hate.
- Unarmored regions: Norris Root dyed Tyrant Rancor Hide, Thin layering of Rubber, Terentatek Hide, Cloak of Hate.
- Cape: Norris Root dyed Terentatek Hide covering a part of the Cloak of Hate.
- In the chest section the Great Amulet is held securely in place by the Cloak of Hate.
- The Helmet is a variant of his old one. It has the same overall appearance as the original, yet this time is lined with both rubber and terentatek hide.
The Shadow’s Armor is Kao’s testament of power, of his skill in battle, of his control and mastery of the Force, of his rank as a Sith Lord, and of his title—Lord of Darkness. He can normally be found wearing this armor, and is heavily accustomed to it. Kao spared no expense on his armor, utilizing only the best materials, hides, and dyes which he could find in order to make his armor the most useful to himself. It is colored Blood-Red(from the Norris Root) and Black(The songsteel has had a special dye added to it during the creation of the segments that made the once-luminescent metal turn pure black. The idea that Fear was an enemy of Kao’s enemies made him form the armor into the “dread-creating” armor that it is. The Shadow’s Armor is what it is meant to be—a Symbol, an Armor, and a Item of Power.
