* Intent: To flesh out a spy that serves my character on Chandrila.

* Role: Elias is a contact that works for my character in the Emita Spaceport. He helps facilitate the smuggling of paraphernalia on behalf of my character without Chandrilese customs knowing about it, and passes on information about incoming and outgoing traffic in Emita, as well as anything which may concern my character or corporation i.e investigations etc.

COMBAT INFORMATION
* Weapon of Choice: Datadagger, backed by a Blaster Pistol.
* Combat Function: Elias would provide decent back up in a shoot out. He works well when backed up by others. On his own he probably wouldn't fair too well in a fight, but he would put one up anyway. He has military training, so he is decent in hand-to-hand fights, and is a decent shot with a pistol, rifle or carbine. However, it's been years since he last saw a fight, and so his skills have waned.
Strengths:
Decent Shot: Put a pistol, rifle or carbine in this man's hand and he will likely hit the mark.
Datadagger: He carries with him a Datadagger, a sophisticated weapon that most don't realize what it is until it's somewhere lodged in you where you don't want it to be.
Weaknesses:
It's been awhile: The last time this man saw a fight was several years ago, and back then he was younger, and leaner too. Put him in a fight today and he wouldn't do as well he used too back in the day.
Older Gentleman: At 38 years of age Elias isn't getting any younger. This makes him slower, and less athletic than someone of a much younger disposition.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Elias Tovia was a Human male who was born on Chandrila. He grew up in the Chandrilese settlement of Emita as a farmer, where he honed his muscles and work-man like attitude. When the Devastator Wars came, however, he enlisted and was not seen by his hometown for several years. When the war ended, he returned to Emita and used the training that he had picked up as a military man to join the Emita Spaceport traffic control, where he has worked since. In 896 ABY he was approached by Fraller Mori, a representative of Chandrila Group, who made him an offer that he could not refuse. In return for a routine monthly report of incoming and outgoing traffic that left Emita, as well as passing a blind eye to any contraband or paraphernalia that may pass through the spaceport, Elias would receive a fat cheque at the end of every standard Chandrilese month.
This, he felt, would go a long way to paying for his duties during the Devastator Wars, and bring him one step closer to that retirement he had always dreamed out: buying out the farm he grew up in, hiring enough hands to run it for him, so that he could kick back and relax. On occasion he has helped smuggle in the personalized protocol unit of Alicia Drey, as well as her Lightsaber and other forms of paraphernalia that would otherwise be seized if it passed through normal custom checks at the spaceport. In the case of Alicia's Lightsaber Elias uses an Neuranium cargo box to smuggle the weapon through Chandrilese custom control whenever Alicia is coming or going from Emita. This is done so as to avoid being unnecessary suspicion to the Chandrilese that she is in fact a Sith Lord, and helps to facilitate the facade that she is just a mere entrepreneur.
Like most of the men under Alicia Drey's payroll he isn't fully aware of what he helps to smuggle in through Emita customs, and he would prefer to keep it that way as well.
