GENERAL INFORMATION

• Organization Name: The Kuei
  
• Classification: A Culture 
  
• Affiliation: Their affiliation is varied as they can work with my organizations and factions, but to face another cryomancer will get you exiled and shunned.
  
• Organization Symbol: The Symbol is a upside triangle intertwined with a circular 3 side rounded star that is blue.
  
• Description: The Kuei culture is a very seclusive culture mainly on hoth or other freezing worlds. They wear a traditional styled set of robes that allows complete comfort with maximum maneuverability and Agility, they constantly practice multiple arts of martial arts mastering them. The Kuei is highly strict on their beliefs and views.

SOCIAL INFORMATION

• Hierarchy: The Hierarchy is very similar to the Jedi and Sith, such as the likes as a Grandmaster, and a council plus ranks as follows:

• Membership: Kuei membership runs in the numbers of nearly 1 million. Membership is highly restricted, it's not something you can join, but your born into. Only Cryomancers are allowed membership.
  

• Climate: The Kuei are neutral with everyone unless their job prevents it. They are highly against outsiders of the Kuei, stumble upon their territory they will be rather hostile, but outside of that they tend to normally leave people alone. They are Massively disciplined and taught major respect and manners.

• Reputation: People are very curious about the Kuei as they are shrouded in mystery, they keep to themselves, and when not in their territory they are alone so seeing them is extremely rare. Some people in the galaxy are fascinated by their powers and others have even grown to like them as they have fought in battles saving lives. 

• Curios: Upon birth the Cryomancers are given a Kuei medallion initializing their culture. At the age of 5 they are given Kuei training robes. Once they reach 18 they are put through a rights of passage to become an adult, craft their Kuei Combat Sword and are given Kuei Cultural Robes and Kuei Combat Robes.
  

• Rules: The rules or the Kuei Code as it is called ensures peace within the culture, never attack another cryomancer, outsiders are to be treated respectfully unless they trespass Kuei territory, or their job prevents it, use your skills and abilities to improve yourself and your culture. These were some of the basic rules inside a more complex side of doctrines and laws. 
• Kuei are solitary creatures who are in total control of their actions and thus cannot harm one another.
  
• Each Ninja has it's own unique level of skills.
  
• The Kuei use willpower to overcome physical problems.
  
• The Kuei will not have attachments other than a wife/husband to reproduce, and children to raise as future Kuei.
  
• Just as a candle cannot burn without fire, Kuei cannot live without a spiritual life, bring yourself to peace.
  
• Respect is to be given always until it is not given in return.
  
• Minding Manners is the key to success, master it.
• Learn how to use enemies, it will save you.
  
• Conceal your intentions, never let them be known to those outside Kuei.
  
• Use selective honesty and generosity to disarm your victim.
  
• Pose as a friend, work as a spy
  
• Crush your enemy totally
  
• Know who you’re dealing with, do not offend the wrong person

• Goals: The goals of the Kuei is rather simple, to continue to grow their culture and master the art of all martial arts, discipline, and meditation. Members do have personal goals of their own as well.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Kuei an ancient culture dating back to before the great hyperspace war. They always kept themselves secluded never really getting involved in galactic events as a whole but individual members did. The galaxy passed them by with only minimal members partaking in events such as The Great Galactic War, the Clone Wars, The Galactic Civil War is where things kicked off. After the battle of Hoth during the Galactic civil war, they were discovered and even though a great battle ensued between the galactic Empire and the Kuei, sadly the Kuei were enslaved for their ice powers.

After the fall of the Galactic Empire the Kuei were once again freed and again went back to seclusion but not forgetting what the Galactic Empire did to them, assuring they'd stand and fight any oppression of the Galactic Empire's return. As time continued on they kept seclusive. Their daily life was always to master discipline, meditation and combat.[/font]
