DESCRIPTION
(Kuat Drive Yards is one of the most profitable companies during warfare, having supplied the Galactic Republic almost all of their military ships, along with the Galactic Empire, and the New Republic. They were the manufacturers of such recognizable ships as the Venator and Imperial class Star Destroyers throughout history, and even the Executor Dreadnought. However their position was eventually set aside by some, and the destruction of the New Republic set them well on the sidelines in spite of their past reapings of war, remaining well known and used for some, but far from their former triumph. The Galactic Republic would however be brought back once again to employ them to reform their fleets. Bringing them back into proper business.)

RATIONALE
(Kuat Drive Yards was struggling for a time before rehired by the returning Galactic Republic. This was of course partially due to their past history with them and record of shipbuilding, but also due to their struggling meaning the Republic wouldn’t have many competitors for their loyalty. The Galactic Republic doesn’t officially own Kuat Drive Yards. But rather hiring them for their fleet and removing the necessity for them to rely on smaller deals they were making to survive. This has certainly given them considerable sway over their actions. )
