]* Description: [The basis for most of the Galactic Republics official military, the Grand army is made up of clones made on Kamino from a few select humans considered highly capable physically and mentally for soldiers. They are grown and aged rapidly, and programmed to obey the Republic and trained how to fight. They are generally taught a variety of talents and weapons, focusing on a few basic weapons or tactics, along with piloting and survival skills, and only branching out depending upon what their position will be or if they have unusually high or low performance.
The vast majority of the Grand Army is trained to act as basic soldiers or pilots, with the smaller branches being those with high enough skill or programming taking officer positions or more unique spots such as Commando units.]

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
[The Grand Army of the Republic was created under the Galactic Republic’s reformation and funding to create a military capable of protecting and serving the wills of those involved. Eventually it was decided that Kamino’s resources in the field of cloning were exactly what would be useful to creating a large but skilled military. Under the command of Getran Kross the programming and training was set in place along with setting up facilities and making sure there was sufficient funding coming in to keep it operative. As more and more soldiers were grown, trained, and added to the military, they began forming a fleet to take them into space so they could properly perform their duty for the Republic]
